Spatial concepts, sensory design and full-scale production for global maisons - every detail of the room engineered on purpose.
An event isn't a decoration problem. It's an environment problem - every surface, cue and transition designed on purpose, from the first invitation to the last car pulling away.— On how the practice thinks

Phanija built her track record translating global luxury maisons — Van Cleef & Arpels, Macallan, Louboutin — into single evenings with no room for a second attempt. Every one of those engagements ran on the same discipline: a small guest list, zero margin for error, and every element of the room — light, material, spatial sequencing, the exact moment a door opens — considered on purpose.
She now leads Flectra Studio's experience practice — applying that same precision to private dinners, brand activations and bespoke installations, wherever a brand needs people to feel something specific inside a physical space. This page is that track record, in full.
Small rooms, engineered with flagship-level precision.
An intimate VIP dinner built around a live presentation of the collection — light, floral architecture and pacing choreographed so the room could turn, mid-evening, from a table into a runway without breaking stride.
A full character and set build-out — costumed performers, a hand-styled dessert table and a completely re-lit room turned the space into a world guests walked into, not one they were simply decorated around.
The Louboutin world, installed inside a century-old room without fighting it — colour, object placement and scale calibrated so the brand read as native to the space, not visiting it.

Oversized drum-shade chandeliers and rows of crystal candle towers frame a single long table set for a cultural festival dinner — the room built to read as one continuous space, not a floor plan of separate tables.

A brand's world installed into a real room — colour, material and spatial planning calibrated so people feel the brand, not just see it referenced.

A room paced course by course — light, sound and table design calibrated to how each turn of the evening should feel.

High-concept environments built from scratch — set design, live performance and spatial narrative for briefs that don't fit a category.

A room engineered to hold two centuries of craft in a single evening, paired course by course against rare expressions from the archive.
This portfolio is Phanija's own track record, built prior to and continuing alongside her work with Flectra Studio.
Understand the brand — its story, its positioning, what the audience should walk away feeling — before a single concept gets proposed.
Turn that story into a spatial concept — architecture, light, material, movement — built to make people feel the brand, not just hear about it.
Vendors, run-of-show, crew and safety sign-off handled end to end — reported back before the day, not discovered on it.
Full execution on site, followed by a reading of what the room actually delivered — engagement, recall, reach — carried forward into the brand's next move.
Share your brand's narrative and the intended emotion. We will design the immersive world that makes its value undeniable.
