Flectra Studio is a marketing and creative studio providing branding and creative design, digital marketing and campaign execution, and strategy, consulting and content creation. All services are offered subject to agreed scopes, timelines and commercial terms.

Lawful use only

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or disrupt website functionality. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

The work on this site is ours

All content on this website — text, visuals, graphics, branding, layouts and design elements — is the intellectual property of Flectra Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute it, or use our branding and materials commercially, without written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

Scope in writing, outcomes never guaranteed

Engagement is subject to written proposals, agreements or email confirmations, defined scopes of work and deliverables, and agreed payment terms.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance metrics or financial results unless explicitly stated in writing.

Communicated before work starts

Fees, timelines and payment schedules are communicated before project commencement. Advance or milestone-based payments may be required. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing, and late payment may result in suspension of services.

Outside our control

We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms — advertising platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes in their policies or pricing, platform downtime, or outcomes dependent on their systems. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Bounded by what you paid us

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flectra Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for losses resulting from business decisions made using our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Flectra Studio for the relevant service.

Treated with care

Confidential information shared during discussions or projects will be treated with reasonable care and not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or agreed otherwise.

On either side

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or payment obligations are not met. Clients may terminate services subject to agreed notice periods.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
